Terrible customer service! I had my car washed and they ripped off a permamently affixed decal from my window. Left the glue and residue on my window., so I went back to get it cleaned off...and was met with major attitudes.
The place is HORRIBLE! I thought I would try them since I was down that way. The tall african american male, I believe the owner or manager is a very rude guy. They were not busy but lazy, however I has to wait 1 hour and 27 min. Only one guy doing the vacuuming and 2 after it came out. They are really short staffed, in fact it is quite sickening. This place is a joke!! First of all, they stole the money out of my truck. Second, they broke my door lock and lost the door lock cap.. And then he lied and said that he didn't do it. As if I really didn't know that my door lock was broken and missing. Last but oh not least, They stole my lil ol stick that I use to prop up my hood. Like what the heck are they gonna do with that!!! Do not go here to get your car washed. They have several different packages. We had planned on getting the $16.95 package, which includes a lot of different things, but it also includes a wax. The manager, we assumed he was the manager---he also ran the register, came to our window and we told him we wanted this but without the wax. He asked us why and we told us that the manufacturer has it's own wax for it and he very rudely told us he never heard of this and they were just saying this.
