George has always been respectful with clients and is well-known in Black Mountain. He has many different clientele, high-end and low-end, and is always busy. He is a phenomenal business owner who knows the industry extremely well. I never used to go to a detail shop but having a nice clean car is super nice once in a while! They even found the rotting salmon I had left in a bag in my trunk that caused a bad smell to my car for quite a long time! So grateful!

I've never experienced worse customer service than what I received from George at the detail shop. The airbag sensor in my passenger seat was damaged during the detail process. George not only refused to accept responsibility, but he proceeded to verbally attack me over the phone for approximately 20 minutes. He gave me no opportunity to speak or explain my situation.
