The Detail Shop in Batavia sucks. DO NOT go there. Recently had an appointment for a complete motorcycle detailing. Was told to be there at 8:30 am when the shop opened. Arrived on time to find the shop closed. Repeatedly called the shop number (which goes over to the owners personal phone) with no answer. The owner (James Gayton) did not arrive until 10:00 am.
