Do not waste your time! What a dissapointment! When I made the appointment on Friday for an 11:00 full detail on Tuesday, the owner said he would be able to take me home (I live 5 minutes away) after I dropped the car off. When I arrived, he and another young man were working on a truck . He said he did not have time to take me home or to detail my car today. My Mom called them made a appointment and they told her they would be at her house to pick her car up and my mom even explained how to get to her house and they are only 0.6 miles away from her . Well they never showed up and never even called her . Unfortunately I assumed this was a great place of business but they don’t like to take responsibility when they destroy someone’s car. If a car is brought in an we request to have something done and you can’t do it say that you can’t do it!! Don’t attempt to do a job and fail an don’t take responsibility. Horrible customer service!!
Going to make sure the Better Business Bureau gets wind of your shady practices. They cause damage during a detail, then try to claim the car came in like that. Dishonest businessmen.
