Great team. Was able to fit me in same day for an external and also finished exactly at their estimated time. Additional plus that they don't mindlessly slather product. Car was clean and glossy but not greasy. Michael was super knowledgeable and knew exactly how to handle the cleaning. Though as a mobile detailer they don't always have the full repertoire of cleaning supplies for every situation. I recently got my car which needed deep cleaning and mold treatment and I reached out to Detail Freak for service as I had read good reviews. Mark is the excellent person who helped me with this and I can say he is beyond awesome!! Mark was punctual, thorough, excellent customer service, walked me through everything he’d do to clean, took the exact amount of time he anticipated and my car was left sparkling clean. I am never going to anyone else but him for all my cars. Thank you Mark and detail freak!
I had an awesome experience with Mark. The standard detail was fantastic- he spent extra time on my car to make sure all the stains and pet hair were removed. I was originally hesitant to spend money on an interior detail for my 15 year old car but it was 110% worth it- it really looked like new and Mark even got out old stains that I had written off. Excellent customer service and communication- when something came up on the day of the appointment, he promptly let me know and kept me updated. Highly recommend.

Great costumer service- from beginning to end. I don’t have anything negative to say. Communication was great- responded quickly and with details of car service. At time of appointment arrived a few minutes early. My car needed an interior detailing and I was very happy with the final results. I would highly recommend Mark.
