Every time I go on a trip I drop one of our family vehicles off at The Detail Doctors. No matter how busy they are they are always kind enough to drop me off at the airport even thought it’s a short walk. Talk about a concierge experience! Plus, I don’t have to worry about parking my airport for a week. The entire team is super friendly and I always feel like I’m part of the Detail Doctors family. I highly recommend them! 5 Stars all the way. And if you’re going on a trip it’s so nice to come home to a clean ride!
I took my Silverado in for a detail job. After pick up truck there was no interior exterior dressing applied. I had a rock chip repaired on windshield there was a dime size pile of resin on my hood. I called Steve the owner he said he would come out and look at my truck, well after one week no show and total crickets. I will never patronize this business again. Beware
They never disappoint!! Literally knock it out of the park with every car. The customer service, the detail, the services they provide… all of it is incredible. Steve and his family are amazing people and I can’t wait until the next time after every detail and visit. With the amount of competition they have I hope this review holds weight. ABSOLUTELY the BEST team I've ever experienced. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was in good hands. I want to give a particular shout out to Crystal who greeted me with a BIG smile and was quick to help. The entire team was super friendly, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to look at my car. The pointed out that my headlights were cloudy (more like fogged over from years of bugs, scratches and sun).
