Hi all. I bought a Dessy design dress at a retailer only to find your company charges extra for plus size even though they don't charge up for the other sizes ie an 8 versus a 0 pay the same. I don't support exclusive groups ever. That mentality is outdated. Hope they go out of business!
I had a wonderful experience with The Dessy Group! From the very beginning, Nitsia was amazing. She warmly welcomed me (the bride) and my mom, allowing us to explore their selection of bridesmaid dresses. I even tried on a few myself to get a better feel for the styles and fabrics. Since many bridal stores had limited sizes and styles available, several of my bridesmaids visited this location to try on dresses. I had a wonderful experience with Nitsa as my consultant - She was friendly and helpful, maintaining excellent communication before and after my appointment. Make sure to book your appointment as I believe the showroom is appointment only - Nitsa prepares the dresses you’re interested in prior to appointment, so make sure you check and respond to her emails before your appointment, as she will tell you what’s available and what’s not, so you have a chance to ask for other styles for try on prior to appointment. This is truly a hidden gem! They have beautiful unique dresses that aren’t your cookie cutter bridesmaids dresses. I purchased my bridal shower dress from Dessy and I couldn’t be happier! Nitsa was amazing and very professional. She was able to make sure I would have a dress in time for my event. I will definitely be back for any other occasions. Thank you☺️
Nitsa (at the Dessy Toronto showroom) was so helpful with the entire process from dress selection & fittings to ordering the final dress and shawls for my bridesmaids.
