We had such a great experience here! We made an appointment online to visit the showroom. They were very accommodating with our timing. Savanna was incredible. So patient. So kind. Great at guiding us in the right direction regarding options and timing. Wonderful follow-up. Communication was outstanding. They're so responsive. We ended up ordering all our bridesmaids dresses from here and a bridal outfit from here as well. I would absolutely recommend and return here again.
Not only are their dresses beautiful, their team is so incredibly kind and helpful. I also had such a good experience with their showroom manager, Savanna. She was so bubbly, helpful, and made the process genuinely fun. Can't recommend enough!
I normally don’t like to give out bad reviews but this experience was disappointing. As a bridal party, it’s quite normal to have to make small adjustments to dresses to fit every occasion. The Dessy Group was not willing to make even the slightest change to their dresses. For such a high price point I would expect better customer service
I returned by size 6 and purchased a 2 on macys website. Dessy claimed the dress was damaged and not returned properlly. I received that message directly from Dessy. I called, emailed several times; gave me the run around. Shortly after, I received the so called damaged dress back with no response from Dessy. Total scam. How can damage a dress that doesn not fit. I return a 6 and purchase a size 2. I was swimming in it. Total scam, they just didnt want to refund the money back.
Let me start by saying this review is solely based on our stylist and not about the company. I don’t want to fault the company for their stylist who was clearly having a bad day… but that’s something they should follow up on. I’m not sure what happened the day that we went, but it was the worst experience we could have had. I didn’t catch the stylists name that helped us, but our appointment was for 2:00pm on Saturday, October 11. We were 5 minutes late to our appointment due to rain.
