I returned by size 6 and purchased a 2 on macys website. Dessy claimed the dress was damaged and not returned properlly. I received that message directly from Dessy. I called, emailed several times; gave me the run around. Shortly after, I received the so called damaged dress back with no response from Dessy. Total scam. How can damage a dress that doesn not fit. I return a 6 and purchase a size 2. I was swimming in it. Total scam, they just didnt want to refund the money back.
Let me start by saying this review is solely based on our stylist and not about the company. I don’t want to fault the company for their stylist who was clearly having a bad day… but that’s something they should follow up on. I’m not sure what happened the day that we went, but it was the worst experience we could have had. I couldn’t recommend Dessy enough for bridesmaid dresses!! My bridesmaids were absolutely obsessed with their dresses and made several comments about how well they fit and how comfortable they were! The matching groomsmen tie looked amazing too! Worth the price 100%!
