This has genuinely been the worst company I’ve dealt with throughout the entire wedding-planning process. My bridesmaids had already started ordering when Dessy suddenly stopped carrying most of the styles we had selected. Dear Dessy Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with ordering bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. I had my dream bridesmaids dresses thanks to Dessy! The quality was incredible. I would recommend Dessy to any bride/bridesmaids!
Beautiful dresses, but unfortunately the customer service was disappointing. Don’t bother going in store for measurements. Almost every one of the bridesmaids’ dresses was measured incorrectly. Some dresses were so poorly fitted that the seams ripped and others couldn’t even sit down without having to pull their dresses up because the measurements were so off. Really helpful, responsive, and attentive customer service. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend ordering from them. For reference, I placed an online order that didn't quite work out and their team was amazing at helping me get a replacement.
