We unfortunately did not have the best experience with Dessy Group. Although we booked our appointments well in advance, we often felt rushed and as though they were squeezing us in rather than giving us the time and attention we expected. We also found the fitting process a little uncomfortable at times. This has genuinely been the worst company I’ve dealt with throughout the entire wedding-planning process. My bridesmaids had already started ordering when Dessy suddenly stopped carrying most of the styles we had selected. To accommodate them, I made the last-minute decision to switch the entire bridal party to a different Dessy color. Dear Dessy Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with ordering bridesmaid dresses for my upcoming wedding. I had my dream bridesmaids dresses thanks to Dessy! The quality was incredible. I would recommend Dessy to any bride/bridesmaids!
Beautiful dresses, but unfortunately the customer service was disappointing. Don’t bother going in store for measurements. Almost every one of the bridesmaids’ dresses was measured incorrectly. Some dresses were so poorly fitted that the seams ripped and others couldn’t even sit down without having to pull their dresses up because the measurements were so off.
