My overall experience was horrible! It was intentionally slow and uncaring. Here it goes: I walked into the store on a Saturday and met a wonderful energetic women, with GREAT design ideas she encouraged me to make an appointment for that following Monday. When I walked in, it was a totally different very stoic crew. None the less I proceeded and scheduled a measurement appoint for March 18. True and Dana were extremely helpful and professional, really appreciative for the instant customer service.
We recently closed on our new home and needed 7 closets completed. The vendor who originally quoted us the job could not deliver, so we found the Designery and Dana was a pleasure to work with. He made sure the communication was prompt and seamless. They stuck to the timelines of the project and it was completed with exceptional professionalism. Will be doing additional projects through them in the future. Highly recommend!
