It says appointments are recommended not that they are APPOINTMENT ONLY. My wife and I sat for almost an hour and were ignored the whole time till I went back and asked if they were appointment only. She gave a dumb look and said yes. There are no signs anywhere stating that they are appointment only and no signs stating that they don't accept walk ins. They could have let us know instead of letting us sit for almost an hour. This was unacceptable.
Teresa is really fast and good. Been doing it for 42 years.
