Had my first ever appointment with Cassy. She was amazing! I got a wash/cut and style. Good pricing too! Im a nervous person especially with new places and people. The very first lady at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. Once i met Cassy she was so kind and soft spoken. The whole experience was really wonderful. I truly believe that Amanda (and the whole design room) are the best in the industry. I have been going to Amanda for at least 6 years. She helped me achieve my dream blonde for my wedding, did my extensions, and has also given me dark and dimensional brunette. Everytime I show her a picture of what I want she does it 10x better than what I was thinking. I visited Amanda at the Design Room a few weeks ago after winning a very generous Instagram contest. I had my hair coloured and cut, which was such a treat for me. I was so impressed not only with how my hair turned out but also the salon environment. It was amazing to watch Amanda in her element mentoring and supporting the other women who work there.

I recently got a haircut from Cassy, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience! From the moment I sat down in her chair, she made me feel comfortable and listened carefully to what I wanted. She gave great suggestions based on my hair type and face shape, which I really appreciated. The haircut itself turned out amazing! Cassie was dead on with what I wanted (med length men's cut), without me knowing exactly how to even say what I wanted. Couldn't be happier with her work. Everyone here is excellent to work with. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk thru the doors. Highly recommend The Design Room as the #1 spot around. Best of the best.
