Crazy good customer service, almost unbelievable. At HD or Lowe’s it’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to get a human on the phone. Then Wait six weeks to get an ordered door. Jody at Design center will answer on the 1st ring. Build a door in 24-48 hrs, for HALF the PRICE. AND DELIVER IT cheap ! Crazy.
The customer service, knowledge and experience that Michael brings to cabinet design is top tier. After providing rough measurements and layout for our newly remodeled kitchen, he had a kitchen design drawn up within 2 days. He had the patience of a saint while we tweaked and chose preferences.
