I called with an emergancy trying to get them to look at my dog and was told they had no open appointments for 5 days. I begged them to let me bring her in because the emergancy vet isnt open yet. I was refused! They say they care on the website....differnt story when you call!
Great place - very friendly and extremely reasonable
You can clearly tell that Dr Bice loves animals. He speaks with a soft kind voice which puts the animals and their “parents” at ease. He always listens and answers all questions. His staff is always kind and gets us in quickly. Wouldn’t trust my “kids” with anyone else.
Love Dr. Bice and his staff. They have always been fair and they’re great with my critters.
I took my dogs there once and now they dont have any record of my dogs being there on top of that they would not even let us make an appointment and also recommended that we try another vet I don't know why you would recommend somebody to another vet so anyway I'm giving this a one star because of the lack of concern for my pets and because they obviously don't care about the community that the pets live in very unhelpful
