A great place to stay especially if you like to learn woodworking!
I’m thrilled with the box I made with Chris’ guidance, and the skills I learnt along the way. A fantastic experience all round, given an historic setting, great lunchtime meals and Chris and Kaye’s warm company. I’ve only been in Tassie for six months and this is the best thing I’ve done so far. (Second best, MONA!)
Exactly what I needed! .... a great space for woodworking, great instruction, and great accommodation. I spent five days with Chris earlier this year doing a box-making course. I arrived with no woodworking experience; my only goal was to figure out if woodworking was what I wanted to do in my retirement. He modified his course to meet my needs and we had a great time.
