I have had great experiences at this place until one day I had an appointment with provider Yohana Shun and she was extremely unprofessional. She first told me that she wasn’t going to inject my keloid because it had a scab and that she was going to inject the other ones instead of that one. When all of the sudden unexpectedly she injected the keloid that she said she wasn’t going to inject without notifying me, was very rude and kept moving the needle inside which made it more painful. Totally unprofessional.
