I was able to make my appointment, I was there on time. This facility is mandating a credit card be on file and Im not willing to do that. Also, since I don't want to put a credit card on file I was informed that I needed a $100.00 deposit. Im not willing to do that either. I pay hundreds of dollars for health insurance per month and if you have a requirement like that, that means you anticipate to overcharge and underdeliver. Also, to sign a form that takes away my right to sue is appalling. What kind of facility is this?? ... read more
Great medical care, however a nightmare for scheduling. I had a 9:40am appt, was on time and told there were 5 people ahead of me. They open at 9am so they absolutely overbook. Expect long wait times.
The best place in Brooklyn New York for sure you guys should really come here
