Great service,very polite and professional
Front Staff unprofessional. I see that one lady seemed to be in training but she really needs to work on speaking to customers with a helpful and friendly tone. I stood in front of her for 5 mins and she didn't direct me to have a seat for my appt, nor answer any of my questions, it was just silence, it was the most awkward interaction I've ever had at a Medical facility.
Kaeli Romero is wonderful! She’s personable, knowledgeable and yes my visit exceeded my expectations today. The office deco is very cool too.
