I am a new patient for dermatology medical group and was recommended Dr. Sun by my primary physician when I moved here last year. I made an appointment MONTHS ahead of time to have a mole removed. When I went to my appointment I brought up a few other questions I had and at the end of our conversation Dr. Jeanine Ishak said she didn’t have time to remove the mole and I would have to make another appointment. And prior to my appointment, I had specifically asked the receptionist if I needed to make a separate appointment to address my other concerns and they assured me that I didn’t. DO NOT GO!! Receptionist extremely rude!! The office had left a voicemail day 1 with no details other than to call them back so I did. Receptionist did not want to help and find out what the call was all about. They called the next and left a voice message. I did not listen to the voice mail and called them instead. Receptionist ask if I had listened to my voicemail I said no I called instead. She rudely replied "you didn't listen to your voice mail!"
