I am hesitant to tell you what am excellent doctor Dr. Lau is because it may take me even longer to get a future appointment, but I already booked next year so here goes. Dr. Lau is thorough, very knowledgeable, conservative, but not hesitant, on treatment, recommendations, listens, stays up to date on all that is going on in the Dermatology field, professional, very down to earth and never condescending. I live half the year in Texas but would never give up Dr. Lau as my dermatologist. He is that good!

Had appointment with JEANINE ISHAK,MSN on March 05, 2026, She performed a skin biopsy and said she would call me with results in one week. Today is two weeks later and have not heard a word.

Doctors are great but front desk is rude and unhelpful and that is why I am changing. Appointment schedules are also ridiculous.

I have been coming to see the NP Jeanine for a couple years. Due to changing my insurance I called to make an appointment early June and had told them I have a new insurance Aetna and wanted to give them my insurance through the phone. But they told me to bring it in on my appt that was schedule until 8/19/25. I came to the appt and when handed my insurance card they told me they dont take it. What a waste of time. Should of told me over the phone when I first called to make an appt.
