I had an appointment scheduled and when I called the day before found they had cancelled my appointment and did not notify me. The clerk in the office I spoke with told me my provider had left the practice. That was after I had to force her to pull me up in her computer. All she was interested in was to reschedule an appointment. I asked her to have a supervisor call me; I also used the patient portal on their website to request how they handle appointments when a provider leaves them.
