The PARKING!! OMG. Bring a subcompact car to be sure. My SUV made it through the bar at the entrance, but it still hit an insulated water line. Thankfully it was plastic/foam... I noticed the staff parking has plenty of room... Because... You know... Prioritize the customer and all... The staff seems nice but dysfunctional. It took me a minute to park, no spots available, so I missed check in. "I'll see if she can still see you.". Would highly recommend Ashley Carasquillo and this facility. She is thorough and easy to talk to.
The doctor was professional, and the surgery was efficient. However, I waited over an hour to be seen, even though I was told that the doctor would be in shortly. Then, when the doctor came in, she did not acknowledge being so late. Courtesy is also part of care.
Visited this location several times in the past. Scheduling is a hassle, they will cancel your appointment as you wait in line to check in. This has happened on multiple occasions. One doctor told me to get plastic surgery done directly to me during an appointment. Very rude and unprofessional.
