Went in for hair shedding - wasn’t taken seriously at all, the NP had me at the end of the day and just seemed anxious to leave, recommended a new shampoo but didn’t really look at my scalp, and missed some pretty big issues I ended up having when I went elsewhere, and honestly kind of laughed at me with the medical assistant. I was pretty upset to see other comments saying the same thing about hair loss not taken seriously. If you don’t know how to treat a condition, tell the patients to go elsewhere and don’t accept them!!... read more
