I made an appointment with Tamara for one of the four skin-tightening facials I purchased on Groupon. My appointment was at 4:30 p.m. I arrived at 4:25 p.m. and she never showed up. I left at 4:55 p.m. The next day, I called, left a message, and texted the number for The Derma Room asking about rescheduling. I never received a response. Luckily, I was able to get a refund via Groupon.
Either this business is closed or they just have terrible customer service. After purchasing a groupon for two facials I called many times, as well as texted the number as I saw requested and never received a response. Also, the online scheduler does not work.
