Horrible customer service! Ever since they installed our stove, we have had nothing but issues with it. It backdrafts into the house constantly from west winds and no matter what we try, nothing will fix it. Stay away from this Incompetent and worthless business!!!
I was considering buying an electric fireplace. It's on my " I really want one" list! This store has some really beautiful ones that are reasonably priced. So needless to say I'll be back!
The new owners of the depot are terrible. We bought our gas fireplace 2001. We had it serviced a couple of times and the guy who serviced it was great. After Covid, we can’t get service at all. We have called and it takes weeks to get a call back because the person has to check the service schedule and then the service is weeks out too. Last year, I wanted service and I called in January and it was going to be late March before they came out. I don’t need a fireplace in March. In august, I had an issue and I called. This company came across great when we went in to set up an installation plan on a wood burning stove. We picked everything out the day we went in and put down the deposit. We were told 6-8 weeks for complete installation. I was 100% good with that time line IF they would have communicated with us. We heard nothing. No one came out to measure the floor/area until we called after 4 weeks of silence. This installation wasn’t going to be cheap but we thought in the end we would benefit from it in our home.
