I have been going here for about 15 years and the service has always good. I leave there satisfied.
You get what you pay for. My father had dentures done here approximately four years ago. Two sets were made that were completely different. He had to sand his dentures down himself to fit properly. He is using one plate from one set and one plate from the other. Last Christmas a bottom tooth fell out. This evening a top tooth fell out. Dentures should wear out before they fall out. Absolutely unacceptable.
My husband started seeing Dr. Roy a month ago to get his dentures replaced. Today he walked out with them. From start to finish the staff and process has been amazing. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a denturist. They also accepted the CDCP program, the cost to us was free
I found that this business is very discriminating because I'm indigenous. Or even Retaliant. They wouldn't accept me because I went somewhere else previously. They said I was a no-show at a consultation and that they applied to OW for some coverage. Well duhhhh, I don't go through them, I'm indigenous, I don't pay any dollar amount for my dentures.
