I needed a top plate and Mark made the process easy and quick. My appointments were on time and he explained what would happen before starting. My plate fits well and I will be back if I need further work done.
Mark is very diligent and makes sure that he informs his customers, investigates any concerns and provides individual service. Great to know that product is locally made.
Couldn't find more friendlier and helpful people. Going through, as I felt, quite a personal and embarrassing experience. I would like to thank them both for making me feel at ease and not so embarrassed by having to have dentures. It's a part of life for some.
Such a good experience! My 92 year old mother’s upper denture snapped in half. I got an early appointment and same day service on the repair. Very reasonable price too.
