My rating is low as a result of poor communication from the front desk receptionists. A few months ago I called to have a complete set of uppers and lowers. The receptionist asked if I had insurance which I replied yes I have the Canadian dental program with sunlife. Nothing more was said, I was given an appointment and went through the agonizing process of having it done over the course of 4 separate appointments.
