I was a bit concerned about who would look after my 90 yr old grandmother in the way of maintenance & etc one Travis left… The Lord provided a remanent with ALI the maintenance man. Very personable, awesome manners, and efficient work!!! Request him for all your work orders.
Excellent property to live at. All the staff are very nice and helpful. They keep the property clean and in good condition. The maintenance team completes every service request promptly (Thank You, Damian). There's good amenities and a secure garage. It's within walking distance of several good restaurants and shops. One thing I really like is having my packages delivered to my door 🙏, no need to regularly hunt for packages. Rebecca has come to fix or update multiple things in my apartment and she has always been very kind and quick to update things.
Rebecca repaired my balcony Railing. I was very satisfied with her work. She was polite and efficient.
I had to come back and give Denton Pointe another shout-out! 4 years later and I have nothing but good things to say about this complex.
