We moved in summer of 2022 and have loved living here. Matt in the office is always so helpful and friendly, honestly all the staff is very friendly I have not had a bad interaction with maintenance or office staff ever. We like that they do resident events every so often, like they're doing a march madness bracket right now! Only downside is neighbors don't pick up after their dogs even after countless emails from management every week.
I have lived at The Denton for four years now and I have enjoyed my experience. Recently I worked to transfer into a different apartment and Mikala was extremely helpful and informative during the whole process. She always greeted me with a smile and was always willing to provide me any added support I needed. The immediate service was always appreciated when it comes to something as important as the home. It feels good knowing she is there to support me any time I need something.
Quinton is very good at his job, the Denton is awesome!
Love the new home in MAA Denton Pointe. Fantastic location, great unit, can't wait for the pool and hot tub to open. Mikala has been outstanding throughout the process, even after move-in.
