As a new patient the ladies here are amazing very nice,caring and professional. They answered all my questions and told me the truth about what I needed and they listened to all my concerns. Highly recommend to anyone
Horrible, Dr Row and the receptionist Terry/Terri are unemphatic people. They only want you to feel pain and they don't care about you or the circumstances that brought you there. She did a IAN block on me and I have chronic nerve pain now. They manipulate you into thinking they're a good dentist but don't be fooled. All Medicaid dentists are bad and mistreat their patients.

I had an appointment scheduled on Thursday 11Sept25 for an emergency appointment the appointment was set for the following Monday 15Sept25. I have been having issues with my phone due to water damage (powering off and no text or calls being stored after it shuts off ) I did not see a voicemail from this dental clinic until Sunday 15Sept25 advising my EMERGENCY appointment was canceled due to me not confirming?
