I love the office. Very friendly environment and workers. They are always helpful and kind to the children. Dr. Issa sings to the kids during procedures to help them not think about the procedure and keep them comfortable and unafraid. They offer alot of specials throughout the year, and also Financing programs for those without insurance.
If I could give Dr. Issa and his staff 10 Stars, I would. They went above and beyond to make my son feel comfortable. After seeing other pediatric dentist in the area I think we have finally found a dentist that will take the time to explain the procedure and can make a very uncomfortable child relax and trust in the dentist.
The staff is friendly and the office was clean. However if your child is scared of the dentist then you are going to want to go somewhere else. My daughter is three and is terrified of the dentist. She of course was throwing more than a fit. I was informed that on the next appointment we will be charged for a "behavioral fee" because the dr would have to spend more time with my child.
