very high turn over on dentist i sat there for 10 visits to crown a tooth never got it right now i go back and they tell me sorry she is ni longer here not sure what happened but you need to perodontist work on my bone structure at my cost.i will get a second appinon and see them in small claims court to pay the bill and get it done right
I had my first appointment and was welcomed here. They were so friendly and helpful and understanding of my situation. They reassured me that everything will be taken care of properly. Autumn was a super tech and I would highly recommend her! This place has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to my next visit!
Professional in dental practice-try unethical in trying to sell unnecessary services at very high prices. Polite and clean but need to focus on giving customers basic dentist care instead of selling them on dubious cleanings and special x-rays. Not recommended.
My family loves the dentist place. The staff is friendly and professional. They do a great job coordinating with our insurance. Dr. Fiola treats her staff and patients like family and does a great job. I highly recommend the Dentist Place of Ocala.
My family has been going to The Dentist Place for about 2 years. On one of my visits they tried to sell me Invisalign braces. I am in my 50's and this is the first time I was ever told I needed braces. I was informed that my "Investment" would be around $5000.00. Yea right. The last visit they told me I needed deep cleaning and fluoride treatment to avoid possible gum disease.
