I brought my mom here for a dental procedure, and I honestly couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. Dr. Sitlu was kind, patient, and truly professional in every way. It really felt like they went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable and well taken care of. A big thank you to the wonderful lady at the front desk, Dr. Sitlu, and the entire staff for such a positive and caring experience.
I’ve been going to Dr. Sitlu and his team on Boundary Road for about two years now and have always had good experiences. They consistently do great work and explain things clearly, which I really appreciate. The staff are easygoing and kind, the clinic is clean, and appointments run smoothly. Overall, very solid care and I’d recommend them.
I went in for a routine hygiene cleaning, and the dentist suggested that my wisdom tooth needed to be removed I didn’t have insurance, but I trusted his professional opinion and agreed to the procedure, though I initially only wanted one tooth removed. He quoted me a high price, and in hindsight, I don’t even think the extraction was necessary at that time. He barely gave me any aftercare instructions. Terrible. I had my fillings done and it chipped off right away 1 hour after my visit. The dentist also put in too much freezing. 2 months later, that area of my teeth is still sensitive from drinking water. When I came back to redo my fillings, the dentists didn’t take responsibility and said that he didn’t do the fillings in the painful area in my mouth. During my appointment, he said “If you’re uncomfortable, you can leave”. I was in shock by the unprofessionalism and left right after. Unbelievable.
Dr. Sitlu does what a dentist must do i.e., diagnose and treat problems with patients' teeth, gums, and related parts of the mouth. He did save my tooth when my previous dentist recommended extraction. He did an excellent procedure with my implants, it was a long process because he is after quality not quantity. He is very passionate in what he do for being a dentist. Highly recommended to anyone out there looking for an excellent Dentist. My rate: Par Exccellence⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Receptionist: The best 🏅🏅🏅
