Easy to make and schedule my own appointment online. Quick text to follow with the needed paperwork I could fill out on my phone. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. I only waited a few minutes in the waiting room before being called back. The office was very clean and lots of light. I did go in with pain, knowing I needed my wisdom teeth out so being told that was needed wasn’t a surprise. (Extra plus; the office music was an excellent variety of great music.))
My son came in for a filling and was really scared. Dr. Carmela was so patient and caring with him. She explained the whole process and made sure he was comfortable before she did any work.
