Highly recommend. Extremely knowledgeable and competent staff. Being Canadian I am used to a high level of dentistry and have struggled to find a competent UK equivalent. Saved my life. I was in one of the worst pains in the world and they saved me. Welcoming and helpful. I got help from Ricky who is really generous in explaining everything. Reasonable price too. Will definitely recommend.
yesterday i booked an appointment for 23/5/25 so in one weeks time - paid £30 deposit too. i had to cancel the appointment same day as i managed to get in somewhere else for cheaper. asked for my refund today and the lady who picked up her name was ana was rude and said no we don’t do refunds it says it on our website ?? which i couldn’t find. they also have a 48 hour cancellation policy - i have called way in advance. absolute joke of a dental practice. absolutely grateful for the dentist who treated me on such short notice. i was in absolute pain and he did an extraction on the spot. very good will be booking regularly
