I’m a very very nervous dentist patient & yesterday I visited The Dental Wellness Centre for an emergency appointment, the receptionist staff were great, & the clinician Dr Neel & his assistant Tanvira couldn’t have been more understanding of my worries, I am so grateful for how they treated me & sorted out my problem, I have definitely re thought about my ongoing dental care thanks to them. Last Monday I had a dental appointment with Dr Shivam and his nurse Ayesha. I have some oral complications with ulcers, I'm worried they may be cancerous. The consultation was superb and professional in a friendly and reassuring atmosphere. Dr Shivam is a nice chap and Ayesha is a very pleasant lady too. Finding a practise that is accepting NHS patients, is a problem that this government is doing nothing about, so to find one is good; to find a very good one is a bonus. My visit to the dentist today was great. Dr Shivam Diya treated my teeth and I am quiet happy.
As a nervous patient, my recent experience at this practice was great! In the near future, i have to have some work done. I am more confident about this due to to the teams care and expertise
