I’ve been going to the Dental Suite (Gentle Dental Center) for some 40+ years, now with the new owner for about three years. They’ve continued excellent service with very nice personnel.
The first few times I went there, I had a great experience. They fixed what another dentist messed up. The last few times I’ve gone in due to tooth pain and they haven’t taken it seriously. I’ve been told twice that the pain is normal and they haven’t been that responsive. It’s frustrating that they haven’t been taking my pain seriously. The front desk staff is very friendly and nice and greets me by name every time.
