Excellent experience at QK Dental. The level of care and detail at Dr Jalal's clinic was on another level of professionalism and expertise. Helen and Dr Jalal's team looked after me so well throughout the appointment, and the treatment itself was genuinely enjoyable, something I never expected to say about a dental visit. Oralase a game changer in so many ways. Had my annual check up with Max and the team which is always a comfortable and positive experience. Decided to book an Oralase session in with Lisa and i am so grateful for going ahead with this. Suffering from TMJ which pain flows down into my shoulders and back of the neck at times. This treatment released the tension and tightness. Looking forward to my next oralase session.

One star. I would not recommend QK Dental, primarily due to a serious lack of communication around cost and poor attention to hygiene. My first appointment got off to a rough start — I arrived on time but reception was unattended for around 20 minutes before anyone appeared. I was handed a form to fill out, but no one walked me through what the appointment would involve or what it would cost. I was then taken through to a treatment room where I waited another 10 minutes.
