This was my second root canal and LAST , I was in the chair for 4hrs has several x-rays and a Cat Scan,Dr Saint-Cyr destroyed the bridge over the teeth and it took forever with him coming in and out of the room , with my mouth wide open the whole time ! I was so upset as the last time I was there it was a good experience ! Do not recommend this place !
I debated writing this review, but I want to help others avoid the experience I had with Dr. Saint-Cyr. I waited over 1 hour and 40 minutes in the waiting room with no apology or update from the staff. When I was finally seen, Dr. Saint-Cyr spent less than 2 minutes with me, told me I needed a root canal, and insisted on a $317 CT scan (CBCT) and when I asked for the rationale he said it was “their protocol.” No real explanation was given. Dr. Saint-Cyr & Kymia are outstanding!! Everything was fully explained up front, the procedure was smooth & I was in & out quick. I highly recommend this office for your endodontist 🫡
