Dr Bolger, front staff, and all dental assistants are amazing at this location!! I’m always welcomed with a fantastic attitude not the typical “I’m worn out and hate my job hello” - they recommend what’s truly best for you while listening to your concerns and how you advocate for yourself. They come up with a plan that works for you that isn’t just based off what they think is right. I will say one of my personal favs is Mai, she’s hilarious and goes above and beyond. Many concerning issues with this orthodontic practice. You would think with “specialists” in the name of the practice they would be but I beg to differ. The very first day my son got his brackets on his teeth for his braces one of them fell off during the drive home! I immediately called to tell them that we were turning around to come back in to have it fixed but was told they were short staffed and were already overbooked so they wouldn’t be able to fit us in BUT I could come back the next day. This place cares about you very professional all the way through. They even called back to check up on me. I definitely will be going back here. I would recommend this place to anybody.
Dr.Wu did a gum drafting and she made my experience very comfortable and did a great job!! Thank you to her and the team for a comfortable experience!!
I will update after my daughter’s next appointment, but Connie, she schedules, walks through paperwork, is very helpful. I really appreciate her. Dr. Knutson is nice, and has a very calm aura. Jenny LDA was super kind and made my daughter excited about being here. They have a T.v. For children to watch movies/shows while the exam is taking place. So far, I do like this place. I don’t think the follow up appointment will make me change my review. :)
