I will update after my daughter’s next appointment, but Connie, she schedules, walks through paperwork, is very helpful. I really appreciate her. Dr. Knutson is nice, and has a very calm aura. Jenny LDA was super kind and made my daughter excited about being here. They have a T.v. For children to watch movies/shows while the exam is taking place. So far, I do like this place. I don’t think the follow up appointment will make me change my review. :)
Dr. Shawn McCarthy was so kind, attentive, knowledgeable and VERY PATIENT with me with during my almost 3 year treatment plan. He took heed to all of my concerns even the smallest of requests they were fulfilled. Truly happy with my smile, and even more pleased with the hospitality received. I was a little nervous going here because of some of the reviews. However, I had an excellent experience with both the front desk staff as well Dr. Aguirre and his assistant. His sense of humor, as well as his confidence in what he was doing, helped to ease my anxiety.
I had a tooth extracted and Dr. Mattews in Maple Grove and he did a good job. My problem is they charged me $125.00 for an evaluation. My dentist sent all the information over. This evaluation consisted of taking my blood pressure and asking me questions about what I was having done. This was done by the dental assistant and took about 3 minutes. $125.00 fee for this when they already had all the information. Next, I had nitrous oxide/laughing gas.
