Never come here. They will rip you off! I came to get my teeth checked. They never touched my teeth, and now they are making me pay a lot of money for something they never did!
Worst office ever! Do not go here! I got dental work done here during COVID and the y reported to my insurance that they removed a tooth that they actually did not. I have called them and spoke to several office managers, first it was a guy, then someone named Monique and now their office manager Ana, all of them ensuring me they would submit a claim correction and reimburse my insurance. PLEASE STAY AWAY. They overprice everything and are not to be trusted. I paid over 20k cash with an alleged grant from CDG (Cosmetic Dentistry Grants) where I would receive a complete smile makeover. I told these people my story, I am a young widow with four children. I lost my husband due to covid and one of my children has terminal cancer, I never thought a business that I put my trust and faith in could deceive me. Went to Dr. Snapir in his new guise as part of U Smile. - "care coordinator" Cassandra approached me without a mask, despite staff being "strictly required" to have a mask on at all times - Cassandra then had to ask an assistant for a mask - Cassandra then told me "they don't have the manpower" to send the bill to insurance.; instead I would need to pay up front and the insurance company would reimburse me I walked out.
