i tried talking to someone and they hung up on me after asking a simple question.
I honestly cannot put into words how outstanding of a Dentist Dr. Russell is, he is absolutely amazing!!! He has a technique or administering the novacaine shot to where you can't even feel it going in. His staff is super friendly and an absolute pleasure to work with and they go out of their way to work on the patients behalf when it comes to the insurance companies. This is a dentist and staff that absolutely puts the patient first, which is so extremely rare today.
Dr Russell and his team are excellent! Hate going to the dentist, but if I gotta go I will always drive the xtra miles to see Dr Russell! Honest, fair and very knowledgeable. He and his staff are skilled at making me feel comfortable throughout my visits. I’m very confident I’m in the best hands possible when there! 5 Star Dentist! 5 Star Team! 5 Star Facility! VSR

Unfortunately, I've had way more than my share of dentist interactions over the years. But I am so relieved and grateful to have found Dr. Russell and his dental practice. He diagnosed a painful tooth as needing a root canal (and this was confirmed by an endodontist), which my prior dentist missed , and I have had two crowns replaced.
