Went in under an “emergency appointment “ waited 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, there is an infection I have I was told my prescriptions were sent in and 8 hours later I am still waiting on my medicine. There is not a more condescending Dr than Eunice ***.

I would not recommend getting any crowns done here. Mine only lasted a year. Crowns are supposed to last 5 years or more.

I would prefer to leave this company zero stars, but Im forced to leave them at least one in order to leave a review. I recently returned to this dental office after two years. In those two years, theres been a staff turnover and a new office manager a new dentists. Unfortunately, I needed an extraction and a temporary dental plate. The extraction went fine, but when it came to getting the denture, ******** **** was trying to have me accept something that did not fit in my mouth. The dentist lied to me and said I needed two crowns and two new cavities. I haven't had a cavity in 20 years. I followed up with another dentist and he said I had no cavities. They wanted to charge me $4500 and warned if I hesitated I'll need a root canal. Extremely unprofessional and immoral. I tried to leave a review on their website and I could not.

I scheduled a routine cleaning visit. They did xrays and several other things for about an hour, none of which i requested. after 45 minutes, they said they did not think they could do the cleaning. When i pushed back, they "found" a hygenist to do the cleaning but insisted that i do procedures that would be out-of-pocket expenses. I asked that they just do the routine cleaning and i would consider the additional services after i researched them. they refused.

Number one this is technically a PAID REVIEW, I was offered $100 off my total cost if I reviewed them on yelp (verbatim from front desk) which is against this sites policies and any legitimate review sites policies. The staff (front desk, assistant etc) were all nice enough but I assume they are young/new to the work so they don't question too many of the businesses practices, as just like many of the other reviews, feels less than genuine care and service.

over charges patients charged me for $400 xray for first time patient!they dont tell you what they are going to do they just have you sign sign sign and then the bill comes

I went in with sore teeth. They sold me on dentures. After reading more on it ,over the weekend. I changed my mind on having it done.I called o. The next Monday and canceled everything. I paid a deposit and signed up for payments. 3 weeks later ,they haven't returned my deposit , and are taking payments from my account. They didn't check the sore teeth at all.

On December 24, 2024 my bridge broken. I found a dentist open on Christmas eve and was delighted. Dr **** made a temporary bridge. On January 15, 2025, Dr **** inserted two implants. The healing process took 4 months. On May 8, Dr **** attempted to attach the bridge. It immediately fell out. He had to order a second one. On May 23, 2025, Dr **** attempted a second bridge. This one stayed in but there was a gap between the bridge and my front tooth. He stated I was at risk for infection and implant failure. So again he needed... read more
