The dentist has one of the best communication styles: it’s like your favorite uncle sharing some pointers on life, with no judgement. Solved the concerns I had, but wasn’t afraid to refer out to his network of professionals when warranted. Like a jolly rancher candy on a molar, I’m sticking with this dentist.
I will never give this business another penny!! BILL PAID!!!! Long term customer gone! I had a good experience with Dr. Cote, but I had to leave thanks to Diana’s shoddy, near sighted, scorched earth billing practices. Given Diana’s great willingness to argue with me over a bill, which is being incrementally paid, and her flippant disregard for customer service, I sense that Dr. Cote does not care how his staff treat his patients. Good experiences
I went in for a cleaning which I get every four months. It would be great if I could have some consistency in who's doing the cleaning. Each time there is a different person and let's just say this one was very painful! Each time that I get someone new, they come up with a new procedure that they think I should have done. It's all well and fine if thats their professional opinion and it's what I need, but I felt there was a bit of rudeness on how they were making there point to me and not explaining clearly exactly what this... read more
