Dr. Michael and his team are absolute lifesavers for kids who are terrified of the dentist! Smiles all round - I saw Dr O'Sullivan for 20 years (braces, wisdom teeth removal, checkups) until he retired, and I now see Dr Michael Dimitrov for ongoing checkups. My experience has always been positive, informative and I've never felt nervous at an appointment. Robyn and the reception staff have always been lovely, friendly & efficient. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommend.
Dr Derek is very strange, all the dentist there are anti-fluoride and anti vaccines! Make you feel bad about it. I much prefer the other dental clinics in the area. Very snobby reception staff too. Dental clean is outdated no diamond air polish either just the old fashioned and outdated cleaning.
My experience at The Dental Group Bayside with Dr. Michael was exceptional. He is highly professional and takes great care in thoroughly explaining each procedure beforehand, which significantly alleviates any concerns. I typically feel anxious about dental work, especially when it comes to wisdom teeth extraction, but Dr. Michael made the entire process seamless.
