He is highly professional and takes great care in thoroughly explaining each procedure beforehand, which significantly alleviates any concerns. It's this simple I am absolutely terrified of Dentists have been since I was butchered in the UK age 12 -16, Now 61 the fear and anxiety gets worse who knows why, but this clinic and Richard in particular make it as comfortable as possible to get me through the experience. All the staff I have encountered are top class, highly recommend these guys very professional understanding and patient with a crazed panicked patient like myself.
