I would truly give this place 10 stars if I could. Called in for an emergency extraction with a tooth that I have been having severe pain with for the past 2 months and the team who helped me, I can't thank them enough. I was told by a different Dentist at a different Dental Office that I would need my tooth to be extracted, but Dental Express said they could save it by doing a root canal and placing a crown on it, and even though I'm still in pain from the injections, I couldn't be happier with the help I received. DO NOT GO HERE. I went with an infected tooth, left there with not only the WRONG tooth being drilled on with root canal, DO YOU THINK THEY DID THE RIGHT THING AND FIXED THE CORRECT ONE FOR FREE? NO, I had to take out a loan to pay for the root canal on the tooth they should have did it to in the first place. Went to a different location, when they put in my crown, it's 2 sizes bigger than the rest of my teeth. Unprofessional sorry excuse for a dental office. NEVER AGAIN.
If I could give them a zero stars I would. Worst experience ever, this is my second time coming back for teeth cleaning. I’m not sure if they train their dental assistance or not. First off, I’m here for teeth cleaning, I’m not here for the assistant to listen to her personal music, suppose to be professional office.I should left review last year when I complain to them about the horrible unprofessional job.
