Long wait times, incompetent staff. BEWARE, they will charge for a cleaning without telling you it's not covered by insurance. Not to mention, I can do a better job cleaning my teeth myself. They do have one good doctor, so plus one star, but that's all they get, and due to their billing incompetence, I won't be returning here.
This place deserves more than 5 stars! I hadn’t been to the dentist in years because of my high dental anxiety and embarrassment over how bad my teeth had gotten. I was in constant pain and afraid they were beyond repair. Before making my appointment with Dental Express, I had scheduled two other dentist visits elsewhere, but always found a reason to cancel. I gave 2 stars because staff is always nice. But when it comes to waiting, it's ALWAYS a pain. I have 2 children scheduled on the same day back to back and you would think they would do their best to get both kids in and out .....but they don't. They will take one in, then wait the whole extra hour to call in the other one. Turns into a 3hr visit. I mean come on now. It's pretty ridiculous. This waste of time makes the experience coming here really awful.
