I attended an appointment with my vulnerable, disabled grandmother and assisted her with completing the required forms beforehand. Unfortunately, the lead nurse, Ella, was very impatient and unprofessional, rushing us despite my grandmother’s condition. She also made a racial comment, which was completely inappropriate and upsetting. Great to see Dr. Mohammed Rasul in his new dental practice yesterday. As a dentist he’s always friendly, patient & explains the procedures very thoroughly. I’ve experienced quite a few dentists & I would say Mohammed is extremely professional & definitely one of London’s finest dentists. Also thanks to his very professional nurse Ella & all the receptionist team who were very friendly & efficient too.
Very friendly and helpful practice who have looked after my three children for some years. Very easy to get convenient appointments for them. Dentists and dental therapists change quite frequently but they have all been very kind and helpful and I can still recommend for regular children's check-ups and routine procedures.
I have had such a positive experience being treated by Karen Anderson and her team. I used to hate going to the dentist- proper white coat fear, but Karen totally put me at my ease and gave me great care. I'd highly recommend her! Delighted to have found this dentist.
Dr karen and Dr Ummar took out my teeth very quickly very professional and Dr Karen is very charismatic and lovely
