My family and I’ve been patients here for the past year. Dr. Natasha is amazing, she is kind, gentle, and always makes us feel comfortable during our appointments. The whole team is wonderful, especially Makayla and Maria at the front desk. They always make every visit a positive experience. We really appreciate the care and attention we receive from everyone at the office. Highly recommend!
I called in today inquiring about services as a new patient, I was “greeted” by a receptionist by the name of Maria, and I use that term loosely. The lady I spoke to came across as rude, unprofessional and honestly incompetent. She had difficulty answering some basic new client questions regarding scheduling and insurance. After my experience with her, I decided to look at different dental clinics entirely.
We had a Saturday dental emergency with one of our children. It was a time sensitive issue that required a quick fix. Toronto Street Dental was accommodating and took care of our family when other clinics were unable to even have a look. Highly recommend!
Very understanding regarding being late for appointments and are great at reminding people when they have an appointment. Have done a great job on my teeth so far.
Dr Bjojani and Makayla are amazing here. This clinic is just exceptional. Would truly recommend
