Got an emergency appointment to this clinic after seeing low ratings it was super the guy was spot on with everything and very helpful dentist left feeling happy tbh and woman on desk read my deaf badge and took that into consideration when talking with me Thank you
Absolutely disgraceful service
Called 111 and was seen here within 45 mins. Excellent service front of house and in the dental chair. An x-ray was taken which showed the tooth was cracked making it too risky to remove on the day. Was quickly and seemlessly referred to the Westbourne Centre Edgbaston. Extremely impressive and highly recommened.
This morning found myself with horrendous toothache called surgery at 09:00 spoke with Karen absolutely lovely friendly & helpful lady got me booked in at 2:40 the same day, seen by dentist had X-ray & Antibiotics issued, booked in to have tooth removed 9th December. 100% recommended thank you to all the staff.
I've been seeing Gareth for quite a few years and find his mannerisms and expertise a godsend, my teeth may last for the rest of my life 🤞but I should of taken better care of them , I feel safe and teeth in his hands
