My daughters have been patients of the dental center for 4 years. We always schedule their routine cleanings right after their appointment so we’re scheduling 6 months ahead of time. I got a text message 2 weeks ago confirming their appointments for 4:15pm and I filled out the paperwork. Now the day before they call to say they “don’t know what happened” and that the appointments were “mis-scheduled” because their latest appointment is 4:00pm. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The girls up front were supwr helpful.
I had a great experience I had to get numbing shots for a tooth extraction and I really don’t do well with needles but they both went out of their way to make sure I was okay the whole time and gave me extra time to calm down because I was shaking a lot I really appreciate how kind they were to me forgive me I’m terrible with names or I would have put both of the names here thank you for the great experience
Dr. Eric is wonderful. He's an amazing dentist!!! So fun and personable and knows what he's doing. Go Michigan!!
