Had to leave my 4Runner there for 3 weeks before they got it done. I'm pretty sure they scammed my insurance company out of things they shouldn’t have had to pay for and I still have dents all over my vehicle. Been noticing more and more dents they missed when I get it in the right light. Very unprofessional and unorganized company that does poor work. HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing experience with The Dent Guys in Temple, TX. After dropping my car off on June 21, with a promised pick-up on July 1, I received no updates and had to call multiple times day of to inquire about the readiness of my car. When I arrived to pick up my car, they had misplaced my keys, and my car had new paint damage and scratches. The parts I needed hadn't arrived, and the staff was unprofessional, even cussing at their team. Two months later, I still do not have all my parts replaced, nor have I recei... read more

My car was there for a day, my VW dealer selected them, I got my car back and had to put the plastic panels back in place as they had failed to clip them back in, and I had to clean their empty lucky strike cigarette packs out of my door panel.
