I have to say, this entire experience has been extremely disappointing. The number of times I’ve had to call—only to receive no call back—just to get more PrEP has been both discouraging and exhausting. Most recently, I was scheduled for an appointment last week, came in, provided a urine sample, only to be told that there was no one available to draw my blood. The staff was wonderful, pleasant, friendly and FUNNY. I continuously recommend this place to friends and family who are in the LGBTQ+ community, the environment is safe and the staff is knowledgeable. It’s an all around comfortable environment. It’s definitely not your average testing facility, it’s way more than that.

It’s an all around comfortable environment. They give you all the resources that you need to help you with anything especially for your mental health.
Literally the most caring, welcoming, and heartfelt employees.! I can’t say I’ve meet each one personally but the work relationships they have from the outside looking in is what makes this a great facility to me! THANK YOU!
