Delicious food and great atmosphere! It’s definitely a hidden gem in Longmont.
Where do I begin, I think this place is so good. I’m afraid they’re soon going to realize that they belong in Boulder or Denver. Let’s begin… the food. Roasted Brussels Sprouts with the aioli sauce. Just magnificent, not overly roasted like other places it was like freshly steamed Brussels with a char tossed in aioli sauce just didn’t make sense on how well it came out. My husband and I are regulars at The Den on Eleventh, and we always have a great experience! The food is always anmazing and presented beautifully, we especially love the fresh oysters and the wide variety of small plates-all so delicious! I recently ate at The Den in Longmont, Colorado, and really enjoyed it. I started with the calamari, which was excellent. It had a great blend of spices that made it stand out. Then I had the lasagna, and it was fantastic—easily one of the top ten I’ve ever had. Nicole was my server, and she did a great job. Overall, it was a really enjoyable meal with great food and service. I’ll definitely be back!
